In march 28, 2013, our company purchased 17% of the shares of Sasbaş Samsun Serbest Bölgesi Kurucusu ve İşleticisi and made a strategic investment for the future of Ulusoy Un. With this investment, the company acquired a significant activity position in terms of its management by participating in Samsun Free Zone, which can be described as the most strategic point in Black Sea Region, an area which has the storage facilities and logistic infrastructure required for developing the international transit trade activities of our company. The company will thereby continue utilizing the services of Sasbaş more efficiently.
