Zahit Çetin was born in 1976 in Adana, Turkey. He completed his middle and high school education at İçel Anatolian High School in Mersin. In 1998, he graduated from Istanbul Technical University with a degree in Industrial Engineering. He started his career as an auditor at Deloitte in Istanbul and later worked as a consultant at PwC's London office in 2004. In 2007, he transferred to the Istanbul office and continued his consulting career there until the end of 2020. Throughout his consulting career, he worked with multinational corporations, family-owned businesses, private equity funds, and groups such as Yıldırım, Sabancı, Borusan, and Eren Holding in Turkey.
In 2020, Zahit Çetin returned to his hometown of Mersin and served as the General Manager at Armada Food until 2022. Since October 2022, he has been serving as the CEO of Ulusoy Un. Throughout his career, he has gained expertise in strategic and project finance, financial analysis and due diligence, company valuations, business scalability, special reviews, organizational performance, design and restructuring, digitalization, family businesses, organic and inorganic growth (including domestic and international company acquisitions), and company and business unit divestitures. He has also held various roles as a guest lecturer on personnel structures both within companies and at major universities. Zahit Çetin is a Certified Public Accountant and Tax Advisor, married, and a father of two children.
