Suitable for stone bottom, matador, tubular and black ovens. It is the first flour for rotary and tunneling kilns. It has a strong and resistant structure. It is suitable for long-term kneading.  The dough has a long waiting time at the base, fermentation ability is tolerant up to 4-5 bases, high water lifting, good knife opening, high volume, smooth inner structure and thin crust.
